On-Site Health LLC offers primary care, urgent care, coordination of care, and DOT physicals. Our goal at OSH is to offer quality healthcare to those who have little to no access to receive timely care, to those who are struggling to keep every hour in their workday as possible, and to those who just need the convenience of little to no interruption in their daily tasks.
Let us come to you! And you may not need a typical "house call..." we can meet you at work, school, or while traveling to our area. We want to help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome a health issue, connect to community resources, manage medication changes, and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, we want to meet you where you are.

By broadening the definition of home, On-Site Health LLC aims to reach vulnerable and underserved clients by alleviating social stressors that contribute to poor health and giving timely access to quality care.
